Refund policy

Though Luxewalk candles are of high quality with pure fragrances and waxes, it is unlikely that you will ever need to return them for quality issues. However, in an unlikely event where you'd want to go for a return, we have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your candle to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at [welcome][at][luxewalk][dot][com, describing the nature of issue that you are facing with the product. We'll review each request manually, and may offer you a suitable remedy that could solve the issue. If at all a return is necessary, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The re-packing and re-shipping expenses for all returns will have to be borne by the purchaser.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
